Service Opportunity & Schedule
Here we are in the last week of October. Where has this month gone? It seems like time flies all too quickly, so let’s be sure we make the best
use of our time, remember Who holds it in His hands.
Ps. 31:15, “My times are in thy hand…”
One of the ways we can best use our time, is to help others in need.
This coming Saturday, (10/29/11), we want to help the Bishop family with some needs. Their house is progressing well, so right now they don't
need help with that. But we can help them by getting some wood for the
winter. Please bring chain saws, splitters, etc. to help them with this
need. (They have a log splitter that will help). Lunch will be
provided with chili from Pooles and Mike and Julie Bowers. We will work
from 9 AM – 3:30 PM. Hopefully, we can get a lot done for their need
this winter. Hope to see you there!

PS: A reminder for some future opportunities:
Oct. 27 – Seams Good Quilters will meet at Pat’s place, 10 AM – 3 PM
Oct. 29 – Work day at Bishops. 9 to 3:30, Chili provided. We will be
cutting wood for the winter needs.
Nov. 13 – Wedding Shower after AM Service for Matt & Rebekah, pot luck,
after-noon service, no PM service. This will be a FOOD SHOWER which will
be a great help to them now
